Ruslan Eduardovich Vikhlyantsev (pseudonym "Usachev") is a Russian video blogger, presenter, traveler, artist and festival organizer. He is the host and screenwriter of the travel show "It's Time to Get Down!", as well as the founder and organizer of the All-Russian National Festival of Video Bloggers "Vidfest". Member of the KlickKlak YouTube project. Former member of the media portal "Thank you, Eva!".
